Disparition de la répétition des touches du clavier

C'était un jour où j'avais ouvert plusieurs terminaux, fait crasher plusieurs fois l'émulateur playstation2 en tentant d'installer un nouveau plugin puis, cerise sur le gâteau, la répétition des touches me lâche!

nom de WTF#$ù%!!!

Un petit tour sur le net et je trouve la solution à mon problème: pour une raison que j'ignore, la fonctionnalité "répétition des touches du clavier" a disparu. Comment le savoir? En tapant:

$xset -q
